Christine Laraine is on a mission of self-love.

On Wednesday, the Canadian influencer took to Instagram to share a body positive video alongside a candid caption about body image with her more than 42,000 followers.

In the clip, the 28-year old filmed herself dancing on her patio while grooving to Eurythmics's hit song "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)." She smiled and twirled in a light blue crop top and green leggings while the sun shined down on her.

On the screen, the Vancouver-based content creator wrote, "Healthy bodies can look like this, and this," as she shifted from a "sucked-in" pose to a relaxed position showing off her natural stomach.

"You are d— fine just as you are," she added.

In the caption, the influencer revealed that she was having "a really bad body image day."

"Last night I looked at my to-do list and felt empty. I was having a really bad body image day, and wanted to share that I too deal with that sense of heaviness as your pant waist feels like it is digging in more than usual. Or when your favourite sports bra feels oddly tight around the arms and you can’t move comfortably. Or when you can’t stop analyzing your tummy in the mirror, regretting and wondering if you ate too poorly," she said.

Laraine went on to explain that she is still trying to navigate the trials and tribulations of life.

"I constantly feel these words flowing through me, ready to be shared with you, but I don’t always have the willingness," she added. "You see, I find my thoughts are often in between a rock and a hard place because I am understanding life is truly meaningless in the scope of everything, and therefore, you can make your own rules and ideals of success."

The content creator ended her caption with a motivating message that it's OK to be "good enough."

"So instead, I found this older [Instagram] Reel I create and decided I have the power to deem it to be enough while I work through this heavy s—. A repeat, but still successful. Not shiny and new, but evergreen. So here’s to being good enough," Laraine concluded.

In the comments, fans gushed over the self-love advocate's "gorgeous" look and inspiring message.

"Love this," commented a follower with the clapping and heart eyes emojis.

"You are too gorgeous, I can't cope with it!" shared someone else.

"Yes!" penned a fan.

"You look fabulous!" added another, alongside the fire and red heart emojis.
