Ariana Christie is getting real about her body and self-worth.

Earlier this week, the Canadian influencer took to Instagram with a series of shots from a recent photoshoot with a Waterloo, Ont.-based photographer.

In the photos, Christie posed barefoot in a field of sunflowers wearing a white sweater from Ontario's Punks and Pretties that read "bodies change, worth doesn't." Further in the series, the real estate agent continued to embrace her beauty by taking off the shirt and showing off a nude-coloured bra and underwear set from Knix.

Christie penned a lengthy letter in the caption to her post, opening up about finding it difficult to remain confident.

"I am struggling with the way I feel, about the way that I look," the Guelph, Ont. native began. "My body doesn't feel like mine anymore. What once was comfortable for me now feels the opposite. I don't feel good in my skin."

She continued to share that she tries remembering how her body was strong enough to give birth to three babies — but that still isn't enough for self-love.

"I don't feel good. My confidence is at an all-time low," the mom-of-three wrote. "So I'm continuing to teach myself that bodies change, but worth does not. My body does not hold my worth. The way that I look is only a tiny, tiny part of who I am.

"I'm remembering that I am more than what you see on the outside. And I'm also reminding myself that I am worthy of love, of opportunities, of life, in any body that I hold."

Christie wrapped her message by saying that taking and sharing these photos is one step on her journey to self-love.

"To being who I am, fully and whole heartedly," she penned. "And to not being ashamed of change."

Fellow influencers and fans showed their love for Christie's words in the comments of her post, with many people noting her experience is relatable.

"You are the most beautiful human and I'm lucky to know you. Feel your feels, but never forget that you are loved and worthy," shared Canadian creator Katie Watkins.

"Such beautiful words. Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable. These words are so appreciated by women worldwide to know they're not alone. All bodies are beautiful," wrote the Punks and Pretties Instagram account.

"Yep! Recently had babe number four and can relate big time. Beautiful photos of an absolutely amazing person!" someone penned.

"I could have wrote this myself," someone else related. "You are gorgeous, inside and out. Turning down the volume on that self critic is so hard, but when we can, our true voice reminds us we are beautiful and worthy, no matter the body."
