Sarah Nicole Landry is opening up about not having a "great postpartum transformation" when it comes to her post-baby body.

The Canadian body-confidence influencer — known as The Birds Papaya — took to Instagram with a reel of herself posing in a in a bright orange Knix swimsuit.

Landry wrote over the video she was "just sharing my [two]-year postpartum body that didn't lose the 'baby weight.'"

Landry acknowledged this topic was "taboo" in the caption of the post.

"It’s exhausting feeling like you can’t talk about things and then just quietly struggle," she began the note before admitting she weighs the same as she did at nine months pregnant.

"And not that it matters but I’m active, love my lifestyle, mindful of my history of disordered eating and also grieved the body that I once had to enjoy the one I am blessed with today," she wrote.

Landry wanted women who feel pressured to lose that "baby weight" to know they're "not alone" and added it is a lot to handle.

"This all said, I’m so proud that I’ve also gone to the doctors, run tests and made sure that I’m working towards my own healthy from the outside in. Making sure I’m taking care of me post-baby carrying," Landry confessed in the caption.

Another added: "Bodies change, evolve, grow and expecting people to remain the size of their teenage selves is just [mind blowing]... You always hit with the great reminders just when I need them.

The influencer wrote she is confidently "showing up" even without a postpartum body transformation. Instead, her transformation will be within, she added.

Landry's post was met with many women sharing similar postpartum stories in the comments.

"I am so tired of people telling me that breastfeeding automatically means weight loss," one Instagram user wrote. "I nursed my first 'til she was 3.5 years old and I can tell you with certainty, as I’m now starting over again with my second, that breastfeeding makes me ravenous!"

Others thanked the advocate for her "great reminder."

"This is beautiful... thank you!," one follower commented. "I’ve tried my best to embrace my postpartum body. I’ve since named my thighs thunder and lightning and there ain’t much they can’t do."
