Kim Kardashian seemingly inspires the boldest Emmys trend
In an unexpected turn of events, the Emmys red carpet is magnificently colored in 50 shades of chartreuse. Is Kim Kardashian to blame? The reality star recently stepped out in the neon color multiple times and it seems stars are just like us and also like to keep up with the latest trends spearheaded by Kardashian.
Stars dressed in the greenish-yellow hue made a big splash on the red carpet in 2018. It seemed as if chartreuse had taken a back seat to other bright, bold colors at the event after Angela Bassett rocked a gown in the gorgeous hue at the 2016 Emmys. And although Regina King was the first to wow viewers with the nearly neon shade on the red carpet Monday night, she’s far from the only person looking like a winner in it.
From Alison Brie’s sleek cutout dress to Henry Winkler’s pop-of-color tie, here are all of the celebs wearing this brilliant hue and other eye-popping shades of yellow.
