Chick-fil-A Just Added a Fan-Created Dish to Its Menu

But there’s a catch.

Chick-fil-A is the largest chicken fast-food chain in the country, which makes sense given that its chicken is so good. But beyond its classic chicken sandwiches and iconic peach milkshake, the chain demonstrates innovation in the form of the Little Blue Menu, Chick-fil-A’s concept restaurant.

Little Blue Menu serves up pastries, wings, and burgers in addition to the standard Chick-fil-A menu, and the chain just announced that the concept restaurant is cooking up a new fan-inspired menu option.

Chick-fil-A's Little Blue Menu Just Added Nugget-Topped Pizza

In a recent press release, Chick-fil-A announced that pizza is available from Little Blue Menu as of this week. Six different pizzas are available, including classic cheese and pepperoni and two topped with Chick-fil-A nuggets.

The Chick-fil-A Pizza Pie has mozzarella cheese topped with chopped Chick-fil-A Nuggets, Chick-fil-A sauce, and pickles. The Buff-lo-Ranch Pizza Pie starts with mozzarella and chopped nuggets and adds Buffalo sauce, house-made ranch dressing, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning.

According to Stuart Tracy, Chick-fil-A's senior culinary lead developer, "As an innovation kitchen brand, we are constantly looking at what our customers want to better serve them. We've noticed our customers getting creative with Chick-fil-A ingredients on pizzas at home, so, we've decided to jump on board! Your taste buds already know the flavors, so it's love before first bite."

If you're intrigued enough to try the new pizzas, there's a little luck involved. Little Blue Menu has only one physical location in Maryland (there's also a food truck stationed in Georgia, but it isn't serving the new pizzas). That said, if you're close enough to the College Park, Maryland location, you can order for delivery or pick up through the Chick-fil-A app.
