Chipotle's "Boorito" deal is back this Halloween

There is a trick to getting a discounted treat at Chipotle this Halloween.

The fast food chain’s Halloween deal is back and more widely available than ever before. Fans can snag the in-store food deal in the U.S. and select overseas locations on Oct. 31 for the 24th year of Chipotle’s “Boorito” deal.

The $6 entrée offer is available to rewards members from 3 p.m. until closing time on Halloween. All customers have to do is show up to the restaurant in a costume to get the deal.

Just like in 2023, Chipotle is extending its hours so customers have one less scare on Halloween. The Mexican fast-casual spot will stay open until midnight in some college towns so students can score a $6 midnight meal. The 53 restaurants listed here will stay open past normal closing hours.

The “Boorito” deal was first introduced in the U.S. in 2000 and in Canada in 2009. Now, for the first time ever, European burrito lovers can get in on the deal with £6 or €7 entrées at the U.K. and France locations.

"By extending hours on college campuses and expanding the festivities across two continents for the first time, Boorito will be bigger than ever," Chipotle's chief brand officer, Chris Brandt, said in a press release.

Each outfit in the collection is a head-to-toe bodysuit (also known as a morph suit) and goes for $40. The Spirit Halloween costumes are inspired by the restaurant chain’s black plastic forks, paper napkins, disposable water cups, foil-wrapped burritos and branded to-go bags.

They are available online but selling quickly (the burrito-inspired suit is already gone) and come in sizes ranging from adult small to extra-large. Select Spirit Halloween locations in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York and Egg Harbor Township in New Jersey are carrying the food-inspired costumes in stores.
