It’s officially summer, and Christina Hendricks is here to celebrate. The Mad Men alum just shared some photos from her desert vacation on Instagram, and it looks like *so* much fun.

The 48-year-old star casually dropped pics on Instagram from her trip, including one that featured her reclining on an outdoor couch, looking super relaxed. Christina gets busy showing off her seriously toned legs as she kicks back and sips a glass of wine, all while working a chic wide-brimmed hat. It's simply iconic. The next shot featured a gorgeous sunset over a pool, followed by Christina holding up a cocktail while posing with friends and looking super glowy.

Christina called her trip the “perfect desert escape” in the caption, and it certainly looks that way! Friends and fans cheered her on in the comments. “Fire first picture ❤️❤️🔥❤️❤️,” wrote one fan, while another said, “YOU IN PINK💘.”

Wondering how she gets her legs so toned? Pull up a seat. Women's Health has some insights into the Mad Men star's health and wellness routines. For starters, Christina likes to mix up her workouts to avoid getting bored, she previously told Everyday Health, per TheList.com. For her, that means cycling through different types of movement, which includes things like walking, yoga, Pilates, and dance classes.

Yup, this actress is definitely big into dancing—Christina said she dances every day to feel good. And while there are certainly mental benefits to grooving to some good music, dance will also get your heart rate up fast. She previously told Health per E! that one of her go-to workouts includes doing the elliptical and then hitting up some free weights. Oh! And Bar Method, which is a workout that uses ballet-inspired moves for toning, is in the mix, too.

Aside from traditional workouts, Christina tries to stay really active in her daily life. She'll take walks with her super cute dogs:

On the food front, Christina told People that she goes all in when she’s cooking. "I love cooking, I am a foodie," she said. "When I was in my 20s, I was so excited to learn how to cook and I taught myself how to cook. But I was always trying to sort of outdo myself; I would do all these really complicated Thomas Keller recipes that took three days. And I used to always get Gourmet and Bon Appétit and I would just be inspired by whatever I read."

But Christina said she’s tried to simplify her recipes lately, noting that she’s “convincing myself to get back into just doing a simple, quick, fresh kind of cook rather than trying to impress myself."
