Costco’s Newest Bakery Item Has Fans Eager To ‘Take Down The Whole Tray'
Costco is perhaps the last place you'd expect to experience a taste of the tropics, but the warehouse's bakery is providing just that with its newest treat. The latest item hitting shelves at Costco is their ultra-decadent Guava Sweet Rolls, which can be purchased for $8.99.
Laura of @costcohotfinds was one of the first to spot the treat and she revealed that they're soft, slightly sweet yeast rolls with guava and Danish icing. She later told her followers that "you'll want to eat them all."
If you're already adding "Guava Sweet Rolls" to your grocery list, please have a seat while we tell you this. Costco's Guava Sweet Rolls are only available in warehouses located in Hawaii and possibly a couple of other locations.
"Costcos in Hawaii have guava sweet rolls and I feel like these need to be in every warehouse," @costcohotfinds shared.
According to the comments though, the rolls have been spotted in both Florida and Puerto Rico. One person even referred to them as "a permanent staple at Costcos in Miami."
As far as the other comments are concerned, let's just say that Guava Sweet Rolls envy is real.
"Costco Hawaii has everything we all need but don’t have," said one user on Instagram.
"Those look delish. Costco we need these. Please bring to California," another person added.
And then there was this person who said what we're likely all thinking: "I would take down the whole tray. Probably best if my Costco doesn’t have them."
Would you be willing to take a trip across the Pacific for the Guava Sweet Rolls?
