Forget your purse fork. You're going to want a purse shovel for this one.

Whether it's the fan-favorite s'mores cookies or the recently released Almond Croissant Pastries and Onion Cheese Pinwheels, which have both been deemed “fantastic,” there's always something at Costco's bakery that catches our eye.
Fresh on the heels of introducing what some shoppers call Costco's best cookie yet, the wholesale retailer just added a new dessert that has fans saying "I don't need it, but I need it."
Costco’s New Tiramisu Cheesecake
According to the Instagram account @costcohotfinds, Costco's latest endeavor into the world of sweets is a tiramisu cheesecake, which offers the best parts of both desserts in one impressively large cake.
“The bakery just dropped a tiramisu with cold brew coffee cheesecake,” said Laura Lamb, the voice behind the Instagram account as she took a bite. “It’s unlike any dessert I’ve ever had. The top is light and fluffy mascarpone and the crust is a mix of graham and cocoa ... That is so good.”
Sandwiched in between the crust and fluffy mascarpone is a layer of cold brew coffee cheesecake. Think of it as a crossover between tiramisu, cheesecake, and pie.
Commenters had plenty to say about this $23.99 treat. “I don’t need a fork, I need a shovel for this,” commented one person, perhaps someone who wisely has a purse fork at all times to dig into a treat as soon as they get in the car.
The biggest compliment of all came from a shopper who said, “This is the best dessert I’ve ever tried from Costco! Everything about this is delicious.” Now, that's saying something.
If spontaneously picking up a cake on your next Costco run is not something you want to do, then might we suggest avoiding the bakery section for a few weeks? However, if finding something sweet to enjoy is definitely on your list, then by all means, swing by Costco—with all the positive feedback on this treat, it'll certainly sell out fast.
