'Tis the season — the season for gardening, that is. The 23" x 49" x 30" elevated planter includes a self-watering system that allows plants to soak in moisture through their roots, a more efficient form of feeding. It also has overflow valves that prevent overwatering and root system water-logging. In addition to being a better way for plants to absorb moisture, self-watering feeders are also better for the environment, as most of us tend to over water our plants and rely on good drainage systems. Self-watering planters like this one allow the roots to soak in just the amount of water they need, when they need it.
