If it ain’t broke…

Following up on the success of its tremendously popular 2016 “Super Bowl Babies Choir” commercial, the National Football League is sticking with the same theme this year.

In the recently released 30-second spot, created by Grey, babies are gussied up as NFL legends.

We’re talking tots clad like former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka, former Cowboys player Michael Irvin, former Green Bay Packers head coach Vince Lombardi, icon Joe Namath, head coach of the New England Patriots Bill Belichick, former Seattle Seahawks player Marshawn Lynch, and Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller.

The ad features adorable toddlers posing in costumes imitating the NFL legends’ signature looks. It closes with two babies — one dressed in the style of Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman, the other outfitted as Belichick — standing next to the Super Bowl trophy.

The ad will air during the third quarter of Sunday’s Super Bowl.

“We are excited to build upon the success of last year’s Super Bowl Babies campaign,” said Dawn Hudson, the chief marketing officer of the NFL, according to AdvertisingAge. “Through our new spot, we wanted to engage viewers of all ages in a fun fashion while also celebrating players, coaches, and legends who have helped make football America’s game.”

During the 2016 Super Bowl, the NFL’s commercial featuring “Super Bowl babies” — children born in winning cities nine months after the big game — went viral.
