Dairy Queen Is Bringing Back 3 of Its Most-Requested Blizzard Flavors (and 3 Brand-New Ones)
Get ready for a chilly blast from the DQ Freezer's past.
Spring is less than a week old, and many of us are still in that "cold one day, warm the next" phase. Still, we're ready for the deliciousness that comes with warm weather, which often means more frozen treats. It's not that we don't enjoy ice cream treats or popsicles in the chillier months; it's just that we tend to eat them more often in the warmer months.
Maybe that's why DQ only releases one or two new Blizzard or cone flavors a month when the weather is cold. Now that we're looking straight ahead at summer, DQ is opening up the "DQ Freezer" to bring back three old fan favorites and three brand-new Blizzard flavors all at once.
DQ’s Blizzard Treat Summer 2024 Menu
Starting April 1, Blizzard lovers will have their choice of six Blizzard flavors—three brand-new and three returning fan favorites. This is on top of any shake flavors it will introduce, including the new Nutter Butter Shake.
Here’s what the DQ summer Blizzard lineup looks like:
(New) Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party Blizzard Treat: Chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter topping, and rainbow confetti crunch blended with soft serve.
(New) Picnic Peach Cobbler Blizzard Treat: Real peaches and cobbler pieces blended with soft serve.
(New) Ultimate Cookie Blizzard Treat: Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and Nutter Butter cookie pieces blended with soft serve.
(Returning) Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard Treat: Frosted Animal Cookie pieces and pink confetti icing blended with soft serve.
(Returning) Brownie Batter Blizzard Treat: Brownie batter and chocolaty brownie dough pieces blended with soft serve.
(Returning) Cotton Candy Blizzard Treat: Cotton candy sprinkles blended with soft serve.
How to Get BOGO Blizzard Treats
The Blizzard flavors may be hanging around for the summer, but DQ is offering buy one get one free (BOGO) Blizzards only through the DQ mobile app from April 1-14. Buy any size Blizzard and get a second one of equal or lesser value for free, including regular menu flavors and the limited-time ones on the summer menu.
