Who are Dakota Johnson's parents?
Don Johnson - 74 years old
Johnson rose to the height of his fame in the Eighties by appearing in the hit TV series Miami Vice as James 'Sonny Crockett', from which he garnered global success, as well as a Golden Globe award. He has also starred in the series Nash Bridges (1996-2001) as the titular character, and more recently Kenan (2021-2022) and Doctor Odyssey (2024).
Johnson has featured in a long list of successful films including A Boy And His Dog (1975), Tin Cup (1996), When In Rome (2010) Django Unchained (2012), Knives Out (2019) and Rebel Ridge (2024).
As for his personal life, Johnson has been married five times to four different women.
His first two wives are unknown to the public; however, actor Melanie Griffith is his first wife in the spotlight. The couple married in January 1976 and divorced a few months later.
In 1981 hethe married the actor Patti D'Arbanville, before they divorced in 1985. The couple share a son called Jesse Johnson.
After D'Arbanville, Johnson remarried Griffith in 1989, but the couple divorced again in 1996. During this time, they had Dakota Johnson.
