Danielle Staub's daughters 'definitely had post-traumatic stress' from 'Real Housewives' drama

Reality star Danielle Staub is making her Bravo comeback this season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. A fan favorite, Staub revealed that the reason she didn’t come back sooner had to do with a deal she made with her daughters, Christine and Jillian Staub: She promised them she wouldn’t go back “until [her youngest daughter] graduated from high school.”

Why was this compromise made? According to the 55-year-old, her kids — who were heavily featured on the show at a young age — “definitely had post-traumatic stress from everything that happened to their mom.” She added, “Nobody can deny them that; it’s still going on.”

Her girls will watch bits and pieces of the new season, but most likely will not watch full episodes.
