The $20 Million Central Park Condo Comes With Interiors by an AD100 Design Star
Beyoncé’s old condo at New York City’s One Beacon Court may be off the market, but there’s another A-lister-style spread available in the same celeb-loved building.
Located just down from Billionaire’s Row, the light-filled aerie at 151 East 58th Street sits on the tower’s 46th floor and is asking just shy of $20 million. Altogether, the palatial pad features five bedrooms and five and a half baths in an impressive 5,782 square feet of living space. The home sports soaring 11-foot ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that offer up dramatic, sweeping views of the Midtown skyline and just about the entirety of Central Park. AD100 designer Tony Ingrao was tapped for the interiors. In other words, expect to find tons of high-end finishes, from marble to onyx and rare wood.

The contemporary residence, which has been thoughtfully renovated, includes a chef’s kitchen that’s decked out with custom millwork and top-of-the-line appliances. Past a set of pocket doors is the dining room, which has its own wet bar with plenty of wine storage. On the other side of the kitchen is a den that doubles as a media room.
Other features of the spacious condo include a plush primary suite, which occupies its own wing. The space is complete with a massive walk-in closet, motorized blackout shades, and an ensuite bathroom. The latter has seen its fair share of upgrades as well and is kitted out with a stall shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity sink. Four additional bedrooms are part of the eastern side of the home, along with a laundry room.
Completed nearly two decades ago, in 2005, the building was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and has 105 residential units, starting from the 32nd floor and up to the 55th. Owners of One Beacon Court have access to all of the tower’s amenities, including a fitness center, a private communal courtyard, a concierge, and valet parking.
Jason Haber and Alexandra Hedayam with Compass have the listing.
