Dick Van Dyke shares his secret to staying fit at 99

Dick Van Dyke has shared his secret to staying fit at the age of 99.

The Hollywood legend revealed how he still exercises three times a week as he joined Ted Danson on the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast.

The Mary Poppins actor said: “Somebody said, ‘to what do you attribute your age and physical condition?’ and I said, ‘I've always exercised’.

“Three days a week, we go to the gym, still. Three days a week.”

Danson then recalled seeing the actor at the gym near his home in Malibu, telling him: “You literally danced to the next machine and I watched that for a couple of weeks.”
