Did You Miss Our ‘Sex at 26’ Column Launch Party? Now You Didn’t.
Ain’t no party like a Cosmo party, and to support said fact, we’re going to give you an exclusive peek into one. Last month, we celebrated the launch of our new column, “Sex at 26,” which dives into the very real, often chaotic, and occasionally uncomfortable realities of navigating sex, love, and everything that comes with it in your 20s. So yeah, it goes there—and by “there” we mean, well, you’ll have to read for yourself. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you!
There was no shortage of VIP guests on the scene at the breathtaking RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge—which boasted envy-inducing views, the kind of setting that was literally made to be the backdrop to your most casually fabulous “Oh yeah, I just do cool VIP things in NYC, why do you ask?” Insta posts, and glamorous vibes fit for an equally glam crowd. Speaking of which, some of your fave influencers, celebs, and all-around trendsetters pulled up, like Krystal Joy Brown, Serena Kerrigan, Vivian Tu, Alyssa Ljub, Sam Feher, Tiff Baira, and Andrew Kwon, just to flex a few.
Everybody in attendance—including us, hi, your fearless Cosmo editors—was treated to a menu of savory hors d'oeuvres and a specialty Watermelon Basil Cosmopolitan cocktail, (because obviously). Oh, and a very elite raffle also went down, where a few lucky guests went home with prizes like Beia Beauty products, Glosslab manicure packages, a Beautini glam sesh, and gift cards to treat themselves at Alchemy43 and Fleur du Mal.
And just in case you needed more FOMO fuel (sorry!), TikTok star Tefi Pessoa hosted a fireside chat with Associate Sex and Relationships Editor, Kayla Kibbe, AKA the brain behind “Sex at 26,” and the two got very real about authenticity, vulnerability, and, of course, sex.
