Disneyland Offers $67 Tickets To Local Residents, With A Slight Catch

The Disneyland Resort announced Tuesday a limited-time ticket offer for Southern California residents available for the first part of 2025, with three-day packages starting at $199. That breaks down to roughly $67 per day. Park Hopper and Lightning Lane Multi Pass ticket upgrades can be added for additional fees.

The discount tickets are on sale now, and they can be used between January 1-May 15. Visitors must also have park reservations for each day.

The new offers include:

a three-day, one park per day ticket for $199
a three-day Park Hopper ticket for $289
a three-day, one park per day ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass
for $295
a three-day, Park Hopper ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass for $385

The three-day tickets can be used on consecutive days or spread out on separate dates through May 15, subject to park reservation availability.

To be considered a Southern California resident, visitors must live within ZIP codes between 90000 and 93599 and provide proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo ID.

Disneyland officials noted that the resort is also still offering its limited-time kids ticket deal, which is available for children aged 3-9 for as low as $50 per day, available between January 7-March 20.

Disney’s Parks unit, long the company’s standout profit center, faced challenges in recent quarters due in part to the leveling off of demand pent up during Covid.

Domestic parks’ operating income rose in Q4 2024 on comparable attendance to the prior-year quarter, Disney said, driven by higher guest spending, partially offset by higher expenses and costs related to new offerings by Disney Cruise Line.

U.S. parks in particular have had a hiccup this year as frenzied post-Covid attendance began to moderate. Wall Street was alarmed but has settled into wariness at the dynamic that’s rattled one of Disney’s most reliable growth drivers.
