In Dua Lipa's latest statement look, the singer has matched her fiery-red locks to her skirt. In a carousel of images posted to Instagram this weekend, she showed off her masterful execution of the TikTok-coined 'sandwich method', which refers to matching an element from the top half of an ensemble to an element from the bottom of an ensemble.

Lipa donned an itty-bitty leather miniskirt that bore the same merlot-red hue as her signature wavy tresses. She also wore a black knit cardigan that featured silver Chanel-logo snap buttons that created a sultry cutout down the bodice and a Matrix-inspired black leather trench coat. She finished the look off with stacks of gold rings and wore glowy, rosy make-up, complete with juicy, glossy lips and a shiny red manicure.

The rest of the slideshow featured other moments from her trip to Spain, including a close-up selfie of Lipa drinking wine, a snap of herself wearing a white zip-up hoodie with the name of her new single 'Illusion' across the front in green and red letters, a photo of herself in a white coat mid-jump, and a couple of images of some recent dishes she has enjoyed.

This isn’t the first time that Lipa has co-ordinated her outfit to her hair. In November, she looked stunning at Variety’s Power of Women event in a scarlet-red corset gown to go with her then-newly dyed crimson hair. In January, at the world premiere for her film Argylle, Lipa made another statement in a deep purple sequin gown that perfectly complemented her locks, and she did the same for the Critics' Choice Awards in Prada.
