The heat has been brutal this summer, which is on track to being one of the top ten hottest on record for over 100 cities across the U.S. Every time I look in my closet for something to wear, almost nothing feels right. All I want to wear are loose-fitting clothes with ventilation — be it a slit or a cutout — which, in my experience, helps maintain some semblance of chic in these temperatures.
