Elie Saab Maison Steps Further Into Home with Decor
MILAN — Elie Saab Maison now has some home accessories to add to its luxury residences from Riyadh to London. The house’s collaboration with Italian design firm Giobagnara debuted at Maison&Objet in September and will continue for a second season, the brand told WWD Thursday.
Based in Genoa, Italy, Giobagnara collaborates with some of the world’s most exclusive hospitality brands and this collaboration marks a significant step for Elie Saab Maison in its efforts to expand its offerings to include a range of luxurious gift items.

The sophisticated selection spans more than two dozen artisanally made designs dressed in fashion-forward accents, with standouts such as a chess set with Carrara and marquina marble playing pieces, and a table lamp swathed in monogrammed leather.
“This collaboration highlights our versatility in luxury home decor, allowing clients to experience Giobagnara’s craftsmanship throughout their homes,” said Giobagnara chief executive officer and founder Giorgio Bagnara, who began the Genoa-based firm in the ’90s with the idea to bring fashion materials into home decor.
This strategic move into home decor gives Elie Saab the chance to provide customers with a full lifestyle experience.
“Together, we are introducing an exclusive collection of home accessories that combines functionality with timeless design. Covering categories such as gaming, gifting, office, and home decor, this collaboration enables us to offer a selection of luxury accessories that aligns with the refined tastes of our clientele. By diversifying into complementary product lines, we further strengthen our brand’s presence within the world of sophisticated living,” Elie Saab said in a statement.
Elie Saab was established as a couture house in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1982. The Maison branched out into interior design in 2019 after inking a licensing agreement with Swiss home design company Corporate Brand, in a strategic move that added furniture and interior design projects to its existing ready-to-wear and haute couture activities.
Elie Saab Maison has been involved in real estate projects around the globe, with branded villas and residences in key cities like Dubai and Doha, as well as the Saffire by Elie Saab in São Paulo and Elie Saab Residences Hyde Park, London.
Earlier this month, Giobagnara unveiled a collection with Los Angeles interior designer Kelly Wearstler on Thursday unveiled a collection, marking her debut into the world of bar accessories.
