Elliot Page is opening up about finally feeling comfortable in his own body.

In an interview with Dazed earlier this week, the 36-year-old Canadian actor talked about being the brand-new face of Gucci's latest fragrance campaign, alongside A$AP Rocky and Julia Garner. He also talked about his new "idea of self-love and self-acceptance."

"For the first time ever I do feel at home in myself. And that sensation has been so thrilling, not something I thought I’d feel," he told Dazed.

"It’s given me a new relationship to the idea of self-love and self-acceptance in many ways.

"It’s just the sense of getting to be present in the moment, it’s really special," the "Juno" star continued. "And blocking out all the noise that you could latch on to and internalize."

Despite feeling somewhat disconnected from fragrance and fashion — prior coming out as transgender in 2020 and undergoing top surgery in 2021 — Page is now happy to say he's feeling aligned with his personal taste.

"What I’ve actually personally been attracted to has never changed," he explained. "It’s a bit of a stereotype, [but] even as a little kid [I was] going to my step-brother’s room to steal some cologne."

"My ability to feel fully comfortable and confident and at home in my body, that’s what’s dramatically changed. And so all of that coming together is very nice," he added.

Earlier this month, the Nova Scotia-born "Umbrella Academy" actor took to Instagram to share a selfie paired with a note on feeling "grateful" to finally sunbathe without hiding under "sweaty" layers thanks to gender-affirming care.

"Dysphoria used to be especially rife in the summer," Page penned in the caption.

"It feels so f—ing good soaking in the sun now," he shared. "I never thought I could experience this — the joy I feel in my body."

"I am so grateful for what gender-affirming care has allowed me and I look forward to sharing more of my journey soon."
