Attending the New York premiere of her upcoming film Kinds of Kindness over the weekend, Emma Stone served an edgy, dark twist on polka-dot summer dressing courtesy of a sheer black dress by Louis Vuitton. A world away from the ultra-feminine designs we've seen the print featured on lately, Emma's look was made from a see-through fishnet material and covered in delicate polka dot embroidery that cascaded elegantly all the way down to the floor.
The dress also featured waist and hip cut-outs for an added sultry element, and was paired with tiny black briefs beneath to leave her legs bare. The actor completed the look with simple black strappy heels, diamond earrings, red nails and a classic red lip, keeping her glam low-key to let the dress take centre-stage.
Emma's latest press tour has certainly got off to a strong start in the style stakes... We can't wait to see which trend she turns on its head next.
