Emma Stone’s Spanish-Style L.A. Home Is on the Market for $3.9 Million
Riding on the high of a Golden Globe award, Poor Things actress Emma Stone just listed her charming house in Los Angeles for $3.995 million.
Stone purchased the property for $2.3 million in 2019, records show. The 3,276-square-foot residence sits on 0.15 acres in Comstock Hills, a suburban enclave in the city’s Westwood neighborhood. Originally built in 1926, the home features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, along with a balcony, fireplace, and charming bathroom complete with a classic, claw-foot tub, per the listing. Views of the city strip are visible from the house’s grassy front yard.
The 35-year-old actress renovated the residence, building a guest house with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom suite, and laundry room. She also expanded the now eat-in kitchen to give it double-height, vaulted ceilings, a vibrant range, and a unique scalloped hood.
The rest of the space’s original architectural details—exposed beamed ceilings, a Spanish-style roof, and a tiled courtyard—remain original to the house, though Stone’s decorating choices leaned into its Spanish vibe with pops of teal and pink upholstered seating, a fearless lime green ceiling, and gallery walls filled with artwork.
Stone’s real estate portfolio also includes a house in Malibu, purchased in 2018 for $3.25 million, an apartment in Manhattan, bought in 2018 for $3.56 million, and a home in Austin, Texas, that was valued around $4 million in 2021, the Wall Street Journal reported.
