Launched in 2024 as a reimagined step up in long-haul flight comfort, the new Allegris travel class includes improvements across all fare classes. Those who have already booked these flights, according to the announcement, will have a free upgrade to an Allegris seat.
Lufthansa’s Allegris First Class has garnered the most buzz as they've been compared to having a luxury hotel room. One of the first-class cabins is called “Suite Plus,” which features a double cabin with ceiling-high walls, a door for full privacy, a large table, and two wide seats, which become a double bed. While selecting your cabin doesn't have a fee, Lufthansa notes that reserving the Suite Plus for single use has a surcharge of 1,900 Euros.
Business Class offers higher walls, sliding doors, additional space and a monitor up to 27 inches. Passengers can opt for an extra-long bed, additional space with work area, a baby bassinet, or an exclusive window seat.
