I put Everlane's new sustainable loungewear collection to the test — here's my honest review

Everlane’s collection of basics just got an even comfier upgrade, so if you’re on the hunt for luxe loungewear that’s also sustainably made, you’ll definitely want to bookmark their new Track Collection.
Launched as the brand’s largest and most sustainable loungewear collection yet, you’ll find an assortment of styles for men and women, all crafted from 100% Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)-certified organic cotton. With brand new five styles for women and three for men, consider this your new cozy capsule wardrobe.
Ahead of its launch I got a chance to test out two pieces from the Track Collection, and it’s safe to say that they’ll be on heavy rotation in the weeks and months to come.
While I’m all for the standard hoodie and jogger silhouette, what most intrigued me about Everlane’s newest collection was their unexpected take on the style, in particular with The Track Half Zip and The Wide-Leg Track Pant.
I love that it’s a more fashion-forward take on the usual athleisure attire, while still providing all the comfort you’d expect from a set of sweats. Designed with a slightly oversized silhouette (I'm wearing both pieces in my usual size small), they're the perfect mix of cozy and on trend.
If you’re looking for a more classic fit, there’s also the Track Oversized Crew and Track Jogger, as well as the The Track Dress for the ultimate laid back look.

For men (or a unisex fit), you can also shop the Track Hoodie, The Track Pant and The Track Crewneck.
Their heavy weight cotton construction is definitely thick enough to keep you warm throughout the end of winter, but with a Terry cloth interior, you can forget about overheating the way that other fleece-lined sets are sometimes inclined to do.
Starting at $70 ($48 USD), these pieces are true to Everlane's philosophy of radical transparency and offer a super affordable take on organic cotton.
