ICYMI, in November 2024 Olivia Rodrigo announced she's the newest face of Lancôme, and I've been patiently waiting for the rollout of her brand campaigns ever since. Lucky for me, the 21-year-old Grammy award-winning singer just delivered a certified slay in her ad for the launch of Lancôme's newest fragrance: Idôle Power Eau de Parfum Intense.

The creative duo King She—Brooklyn-based husband and wife team Radha Ganti and Robert Lopuski—directed the stunning campaign, where Olivia’s story comes to life through bold imagery. The visuals blend Lancôme’s iconic pinks and roses with Olivia’s personal style, creating something that’s both beautiful and relatable.

The overall vibe is about finding your power and owning it, no matter where you’re starting from. "I think my power is being vulnerable and being able to share that with others, just brings you so much fulfillment and joy. Being expressive with my feelings and my thoughts, I think that makes me really happy,” Olivia exclusively told Cosmo.

As for me? When I first tried Idôle Power, I was intrigued. A fragrance that promises to "disrupt the norm" and "inspire confidence?" Count me in. The scent itself is both familiar and unexpected. It opens with vibrant florals that feel fresh and modern, but then finishes with woody undertones that steal the show. They add depth and a bit of edge, making this fragrance feel bold and empowering. What I love most about this scent is how it balances strength and softness. Confidence doesn’t have to be loud. Sometimes it’s in the quiet moments—choosing to keep going, being yourself, or embracing imperfection. Olivia shares the same sentiment: "Embrace changes, embrace mistakes, I think by doing that you become a more empowered individual and more sure of yourself in lots of ways," she told Cosmo.
