Grammy award winner Lainey Wilson's latest career move just makes sense. Wilson knows nothing goes together quiet like country music and bourbon, so she's collaborating with Barmen 1873 to create a once in a lifetime experience for her fans. From April 5 to 7, Lainey Wilson will be the face of a new pop-up bar in Nashville called Hold My Bourbon.
"Music and bourbon are the perfect pairing, and together, they hit all the right notes," said Alan Bremerkamp, Director of Marketing at Coors Spirits Co. "Just like Barmen 1873 Bourbon, Lainey Wilson breaks barriers and is blazing her own path, which makes her the perfect artist for us to collaborate with."
The event includes special Lainey Wilson-inspired cocktails including the Wildflowers Old Fashioned, Buckle Up, and Wild Horse Manhattan. Attendees will also have access to exclusive merch and an event-exclusive video message from Lainey. The weekend-long event sold out almost instantly, but fans can re-create the cocktails at home.
Of course, our humble country queen won't be keeping any of the profits from the event as all proceeds will be donated to her Heart Like A Truck charity. "I'm also so excited to share that 100% of the proceeds will support my Heart Like A Truck fund to help give back to communities and organizations across the globe," Wilson said in a press release.
The "Country's Cool Again" crooner shared the news with her fans on Instagram, writing: "Y’all know I’m a bourbon girl, so believe me when I say I’m absolutely thrilled to announce the Lainey Wilson x Barmen 1873 Bourbon partnership kicking off in 2024. #ad #21+ For those of y’all in Nashville, check out the 'Hold My Bourbon' Bar, a pop-up brought to you by Barmen 1873 Bourbon with cocktails inspired by yours truly.
