Fans Noticed That King Charles Has a Photo of Meghan and Harry Up at Buckingham Palace

Looks like King Charles is keeping Meghan Markle and Prince Harry top of mind as he starts his official duties as monarch. Fans spotted a picture of the couple on display at Buckingham Palace during Charles' recent meeting with Prime Minister Liz Truss, which is visible in a video shared by ITV producer Lizzie Robinson. (It's all the way on the left!)

According to People, the photo in question is this group portrait of Meghan and Harry after their royal wedding:

While it's not shocking that Charles has a picture of Harry and Meghan in Buckingham palace (I mean, they're his literal family!), these two have definitely been snubbed in the past.
Back in 2019, there was major drama when the Sussexes weren't included in photos surrounding the Queen during her Christmas speech (while the Cambridges most definitely were). In his book Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors, biographer Tom Bower noted that Harry noticed the snub, and felt like “the Windsors were airbrushing the Sussexes from history.”
Who knows if King Charles had this snub in the back of his mind while picking out his own photos, but glad he included Meghan and Harry! And he also made sure to shout them out in the speech he made right after the Queen's passing:
"With Catherine beside him, our new Prince and Princess of Wales will, I know, continue to inspire and lead our national conversations, helping to bring the marginal to the centre ground, where vital help can be given," Charles said, going on to add, "I want also to express my love for Harry and Meghan, as they continue to build their lives overseas."
FYI, Meghan and Harry may be returning to England for Charles' coronation in May. Though, somewhat awkwardly, it falls on the same day as Archie's birthday so......
