While the holidays are often touted as the most wonderful time of the year, for many they can actually be more stressful than exciting. Whether it’s related to financial strain, family relationships, or a poor work-life balance, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

In fact, in a recent Research Co. survey of 1,000 adults, 30 per cent of Canadians say this holiday season will be more stressful than fun - a five per cent increase from 2018.
