Fendi Casa Luxury Condo Coming to South Florida
MILAN — Fendi is doubling down on luxury real estate with a new residential project in Aventura, Fla.
Called Avenia and created in partnership with real estate firm Vertical Developments, the waterfront luxury complex is to include 22 residences overlooking Southern Florida’s coasts.

It is expected to be completed by the first half of 2027.

The complex’s architectural project was led by Miami-based firm Kobi Karp and landscaping design company L&ND Design, which included 50,000 square feet of greenery split between a linear park and an exterior vertical garden. Avenia has applied for the LEED-Silver certification.
The residential units were designed in collaboration with The One Atelier. The apartments span from 3,500 square feet and are defined by sinuous and arched architectural elements as well as materials including wood paneling, travertine stone and quartz for kitchen countertops. The luxury residential units, featuring three to four bedrooms each, walk-in closets and spa bathrooms, are equipped with smart home technologies.
The price tag for units starts at $5 million and includes access to a range of amenities such as a library, a fitness center complete with a Pilates and yoga studio, spa center, game room, salon for private events, as well as access to the marina. The complex’s rooftop boasts a pool and private cabanas.
“We are excited to collaborate with Fendi Casa to bring forth a project that redefines modern luxurious living with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces in Aventura, Fla.,” said Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO and partner at Vertical Developments. The firm has also recently partnered with the Armani Group alongside other local real estate developers for the creation of the oceanfront Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach, also in South Florida.

This is not the first residential project Fendi Casa has spearheaded. Other units include Fendi Private Residences in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the Podo Private Residences in Seoul, featuring interior design provided by Fendi Casa in collaboration with architect Dominique Perrault.
Last year the Italian brand unveiled the creation of two luxury penthouses crowning the sculptural Jem Private Residences tower in Miami, which marks developer Naftali Group’s debut property in the city. Dubbed Jem Sky Villas and each priced from $8 million, the penthouses are to be completed by the end of 2027.
