How filming took an actor to the Sahara and Arctic Ocean
From filming in the Sahara Desert, to riding snowmobiles on the frozen Arctic Ocean, actor Dane DeHaan has embraced a life of adventure, both on and off screen.
“In acting school, they don’t tell you: ‘If you start working as an actor, you’re going to go on crazy adventures,’” he told The Independent. “I’ve learned to embrace the adventure of making a film or a show—and, in a lot of ways, the more adventurous, the better.”
DeHaan also discusses his latest role in Netflix’s brutal Western American Primeval, hidden gems from his filmography that deserved more love, and whether he’d consider reprising his role in Spider-Man.
