The matriarch of the modelling world’s most famous family is celebrating her birthday by ridding herself of botox and fillers.

Yolanda Hadid, the mother of supermodels Gigi, Bella and Anwar, took to Instagram to mark her 55th birthday with a sexy selfie and important message for her more than 3.1 million followers.

“Finally back to the original 1964,” the Dutch model began. “Living in a body free of breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions and all the bullshit I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me.”

A former star of the Bravo reality series “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Hadid chronicled her battle with Lyme disease and its debilitating side effects. She even went so far as to remove old mercury-based fillings from her cavities and had her breast implants removed to “detoxify” her body and during her time on the show.

“Your health is your wealth so please make educated decisions, research the partial information you’re given by our broken system before putting anything foreign in your body,” she warned.

“It took me many years of undoing some bad choices I made for myself before I finally found the freedom to sustainable internal beauty and acceptance of what is the best version of myself by nobody’s standards but my own,” Hadid said.

Hadid has dedicated her time to raising awareness for Lyme disease, an illness which can be difficult for doctors to detect. The star chronicled her journey in her 2017 memoir Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease.

“It’s on us to learn to love our selves and celebrate our unique, one-of-a-kind beauty at all ages as we move through this journey called ‘life,'” she said. “Beauty has no meaning without your health.”
