We've said it once, and we'll say it again: Peplums are back in style. Everyone from Florence Pugh to Margot Robbie, and even Kate Middleton, are more than on board with the highly-contentious 2010s trend, and this week, they brought another fashionable A-lister over to the dark side: Gabrielle Union

On Thursday, Union confirmed that she was a proud member of the pro-peplum club when she stepped out for the Schiaparelli boutique opening at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, wearing a dark green bustier that featured structured stretches of fabric that subtly flared out at the hips. Vertical boning, a plunging neckline, and crescent-shaped breasts on the bodice provided the final finishing details to the surrealist top, which she paired with matching trousers with a row of gold buttons.

Union accessorized with gold square-toe pumps, a baby blue handbag, and a massive gold-and-diamond chain statement necklace. Her dark hair was slicked back into a middle-parted bun, and she combined her glowing skin with a swipe of pink lipstick and green eyeshadow.

At the event, Union was amongst a group of Hollywood's leading ladies — including Maya Rudolph, Taraji P. Henson, Olivia Wilde, Jennifer Lopez, and Demi Moore. Over on Instagram, the actress shared a slideshow of photos from the evening with her fellow fashionistas, writing the in caption: "a @schiaparelli night ✨ welcome to LA @danielroseberry 😘."
