Gabrielle Union has embraced the fun side of high fashion for her latest press tour.
The style star has been promoting her new Disney animated film Strange World, while wearing some looks that include whimsical detailing and eye-catching patterns. On Monday, she was photographed outside of the Good Morning America studios in a shift dress from Loewe's 2023 Resort collection, which includes some of the luxury house's innovative decorations at the hem.
The dress featured orange-red, white, and blue asymmetrical stripes, a low-cut neckline, a backless design covered with draping halter-style fabric, and several orb appendages at the knee-length hem. She finished the summery look with a pair of lime-green heeled mules, foregoing a jacket in the November cold.
For the film's London premiere last Thursday, the Being Mary Jane actress paired a gorgeous Elie Saab gown with a regal, three-dimensional hair sculpture. The sequined black-and-white gown included an empire waist silhouette and different striped patterns that continued down the subtly-flared skirt.
The star skipped all jewelry except a pair of stud earrings, keeping all eyes on her hair, which was braided into a mesmerizing flower by her hairstylist Issac Poleon.
The We're Going to Need More Wine author also turned to floral decorations for the film's Los Angeles premiere. The star wore a column dress from Valentino’s latest couture collection, which was a shade or two lighter than the house's trademark hot pink. The piece also featured a plunging neckline, and its torso was covered with large, bloomed and slightly wispy roses.
She finished the look with a pair of pastel pink heels, the Italian house's Rockstud bag, and an array of Tiffany & Co. jewelry, while wearing her hair in high bun with side-swept bangs and a hanging tendril.
