Canadian tennis star Genie Bouchard dazzled her followers with a colourful summery dress.

The 29-year-old took to Instagram on Monday with a carousel of photos outside of a "Sportsnet" studio in Montreal.

Bouchard appeared on the network's "The FAN Morning Show" where she talked about her time working as an analyst for Sportsnet, the viral "Cotton-eyed Joe" moment from the weekend's Canadian Open and other recent tennis moments.

She also talked about what lies ahead for her this summer during tennis' hard court swing.

For the show, Bouchard wore a "beautiful" Jonathan Simkhai mini-dress in their "Capri Ombre" colour.

"Popsicle girl summer," the tennis player captioned her post.

Her followers rushed to the comments to praise the look.

"Genie looked absolutely beautiful in this dress yesterday on air," one person wrote.

"You nailed the look," a person added.

"Absolutely beautiful, as always!" another comment read.

Some pointed out she looks "like a Barbie," while others cheered for her homeland, "Go Canada!"

Bouchard was recently tagged in professional snaps of herself from the National Bank Open (the Canadian Open).

"Happy at home," read the caption, referring to Bouchard's hometown of Montreal where the tournament took place.

The CBC reported Bouchard "had some good moments but not enough to book a ticket to the second round of the National Bank Open women's singles qualifiers" in the tournament.

Despite the loss, her followers were glad to see her back in the courts.

"So good to see you in your happy place! Play well!" wrote one Instagram user.

"Those arms and those abs are so impressive," another pointed out.

"Welcome Back Genie. Do yourself proud Girl," one cheered on, while another added, "Good to see you with [a racket] in hand."
