Canadian tennis star Genie Bouchard 'representing' Montreal pride in new snaps

Eugenie Bouchard is showing off her Montreal pride.

On Monday, the renowned Canadian tennis star shared a carousel of photos to Instagram sporting a light grey "Montreal" crewneck sweater.

Bouchard, who goes by Genie, paired the casual top with a red ball cap, a pearl necklace and bracelets.

According to her location tag, the 29-year-old was in Montauk in New York, U.S. She posed on what appeared to be a speed boat, with her hair down and seemingly no makeup on.

With more than 2.4 million followers, athlete Bouchard captioned the post, "representin," in an ode to her hometown of Montreal, Que.

Some in the comments pointed out her sock tan-line in the first of three carousel slides.

"Love the tan line!" wrote podcast host and social media personality Violetta Elaia Benson.

"Nice tan-socks," someone wrote, while another quipped: "Love the Newfie tan."

Others complemented the athlete's look.

"Vibrant beauty," wrote one Instagram user, while another added: "Cute necklace."

"That smile — OMG I melt," one person commented.

"Love the sweatshirt! Go Canada Go!" someone else cheered.

Bouchard's "Montreal" athleisure fit comes after she shared a glamorous look for Michael Rubin's iconic "All White Party" for July 4.

Bouchard joined a long list of A-list celebrities at the themed annual soirées in New York, including Justin Bieber, the Kardashians, Leonardo DiCaprio, and fellow athlete Kylian Mbappé.

The Montreal-native wore a white bodycon dress with shoulder and midriff cutouts, paired with bedazzled clear stilettos. Bouchard accessorized with a small black-and-white Chanel handbag and thin golden hoops.

In the carousel snaps, she posed next to U.S. singers Tinashe and Coco Jones, and gave her followers a peek into the event with a clip of Usher's performance.
