Donut County, $6.99-$17.49

A girl in Donut County receives a package of doughnuts, opens it and simultaneously opens holes all over, and now you get to control what goes inside these sinkholes. You play as BK the Raccoon and navigate the remote-controlled hole in the ground, swallowing trash, animals, friends, homes, cars etc. –all the good stuff– while getting bigger with each gulp. Players solve puzzles, hit obstacles and earn prizes. The game was created by solo developer Ben Esposito and allows kids to experiment, clean up and keep on it for hours. The game made Apple’s list for best apps and games in 2018, too.
SHOP IT: PlayStation 4, PC and Mac for $17.49 CAD, and iOS for $6.99
