Hayden Panettiere’s Childhood Home in New York Lists for $4 Million

Hayden Panettiere, known best for her starring roles in the hit TV shows Heroes and Nashville, lived in this Palisades, New York, home as a child, from 1998 to 2013. The charming dwelling is situated within the discreet, scenic, and celebrity-favored enclave of Snedens Landing, a tiny enclave along the Hudson River that has long drawn A-listers, artists, and high-profile individuals, including Bill Murray, Scarlett Johansson, Mikail Baryshnikov, Al Pacino, Laurence Olivier, John Steinbeck, Katharine Hepburn, Diane Sawyer, and more.

The French country-style residence, with its stuccoed walls, barrel-shaped dormers, a mansard roof, and casement windows, looks plucked out of a storybook and is nicknamed the French Ivy House for its ivy-covered exterior and lush gardens. Richard Ellis of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty holds the $4 million listing. The home’s furnishings are also available for an additional fee.
