It's Yellow Day at L’Occitane en Provence — here's what that means and how you can help
In case you didn’t know, today is the first day of summer. It’s also the second annual Yellow Day at L’Occitane en Provence. That means the brand will be donating 10 per cent of its Canadian sales to support Fighting Blindness Canada.
Today, along with donation from sales, L’Occitane will also collect individual donations from customers who want to support FBC.
As sponsors of FBC’s Vision Care Pathway project, L’Occitane has set a goal to support 10 million eye care beneficiaries by 2020, through its foundation Union for Vision 10by20 program. Last month, the brand donated $29 thousand to the charity to help further develop educational recourses for blinding eye disease that affect millions of Canadians.
