Jamie Lee Curtis is officially a “movie grandmother.”

The Everything, Everywhere All at Once actor sent Lindsay Lohan a warm congratulations on the birth of Lohan’s first child with husband Bader Shammas, a baby boy named Luai.

Curtis shared a throwback photo of herself and Lohan, along with a still from their 2003 coming-of-age comedy Freaky Friday. “MAGIC MONDAY! My movie daughter just made me a movie grandmother,” she wrote in the caption. “Blessings to Lindsay and Bader for the birth of Luai! @lindsaylohan.”

Fans immediately went wild over the Instagram tribute in the comments.

“This just healed something in me,” one fan wrote.

“Also she’s your movie mother. Now you’re too a movie sister!” another user wrote, referring to their mother-and-daughter characters accidentally body swapping in Freaky Friday.

Lohan’s rep confirmed the arrival of her baby yesterday, saying that Lohan and Shammas welcomed “a beautiful, healthy son named Luai” and that “the family is over the moon in love.”

The Mean Girls alum announced her pregnancy in a sweet Instagram post back in March. Sharing a photo of a baby onesie with coming soon… written across it, Lohan wrote in the caption, “We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼.”

Since the pregnancy announcement, Lohan has shared glimpses of her maternity journey with fans via social media.

Most recently, she shared snaps of her baby’s seaside-themed nursery.

“So excited to show you my nursery & the collection I designed with @nestigbaby! Everything is inspired by the beach and is so peaceful and playful 😊,” she wrote in the caption. “I loved working with @nestigbaby to create my dream nursery—everything is handmade and perfect for any little one in your life!
