Jamie Otis is back with another body positive post.

Over the weekend, the "Bachelor" star took to Instagram to share a video of her and her five-year-old daughter, Henley Grace, taking silly selfies.

The clip showed a series of photos of the duo laughing, smiling and trying to touch their tongues to their noses.

In the background, Otis used audio from dietitian Lauren Cadillac that discussed how women perceive their bodies over time.

"When you were 12 you wanted a smaller tummy, less body hair or thinner thighs. When you were 16 you wanted a smaller waist, a bigger bum or a smaller nose. When you were 26 you wanted tighter skin, your teenage body back and to be less wobbly," the audio recited.

The voiceover went on to explain that once you're old, you'll wonder why you ever worried about your body at all.

"When you turn 30 you’ll realize how cute you were at 26. When you’re 40 you’ll ask yourself why you ever thought you weren’t beautiful at 30. When you’re 50 you’ll just want your joint pain to go away. And when you’re 80, you’ll realize you regretted every time you ever looked at your body with dislike or disgust," it said.

In the caption, the "Married At First Sight" alum explained that she's trying to live a body positive life to help her daughter learn to love herself. She's previously spoken out about how parents can shape their kids' confidence.

"I don't want to get to 80 and wonder why I spent my whole life hating my body and myself. And I'm trying so hard to change this narrative so my daughter doesn't waste a moment of her life hating on her body," Otis penned. "Why do us women do this to ourselves?! We are gonna change this for our babies and the next generation!"

In the comments, fans agreed with the reality star's message and praised her for always keeping it real.

"So proud of you and all your self help work that you do. Truly a perfect role model for our kiddos," commented her husband, Doug Hehner.

"Girl this hit me in all the ways! I so needed to hear this! Thank you Jamie for always posting positive vibes for us ladies who need to hear and see this," a fan told Otis.

"A woman’s body is a miracle! We give life! We need to love every mark, roll and all! You are helping this self-love! Keep it up! You are an inspiration!" shared someone else.

"So true, and so hard to do!" added a follower.
