Jamie Otis is announcing her third pregnancy with her husband, Doug Hehner.

The "Married At First Sight" star, 37, took to Instagram on Tuesday with excitement and relief, announcing her pregnancy with her third child after struggling with fertility issues over the last three years.

Alongside a photo of negative pregnancy test results and another snap of herself reacting to a positive pregnancy test result, Otis shared, "I'm finally pregnant! I want to scream it from the rooftops!"

She detailed how the odds have been stacked against her and Hehner, 40, to have a third child, writing, "It's been over three years of trying. I've been diagnosed with secondary infertility, a blocked fallopian tube, MTHFR, hypothyroidism, 'low-normal' AMH, or advanced maternal age."

The revelation of a faint line on her first pregnancy test left Otis stunned but hopeful: "That first test threw me for a loop, but I knew in my heart even the faintest line is a line when it comes to pregnancy tests."

"I'm still a bit in shock that we conceived naturally," Otis confessed.

Fans met Otis's post with congratulatory and supportive messages.

"Wow, it's been such a long time coming," one commenter wrote. "I had a feeling it was going to happen soon, and naturally! So happy for you. Congratulations."

"I knew it. Thank God. You guys deserve this," shared another.

"The infertility world is heartbreaking," an Instagram user added. "Congratulations to your beautiful family. I can't wait to follow you on this next chapter."

"You guys deserve this! What a journey. So, so happy," another commented.

In November 2022, Otis reflected on her fertility struggles with her fans in a candid and detailed Instagram message.

In a lengthy video of herself and her husband discussing their conception difficulties, she shared, "I have been so tired, and I'm like, 'I must be pregnant. This has got to be it. ... I don't care when we conceive the baby at this point. Just give us the baby."

She added it's a "roller coaster of emotions" where she's mourning the loss of what she doesn't have.

"I have got to do something about my health in order to be able to try to grow this family," Otis went on, adding she's going to prioritize relaxation and "get healthy so I can support a pregnancy."

"I'm going to try really hard not to overthink it," Otis added. "I guess when you're in your 30s I'm considered advanced maternal age, geriatric pregnancy, so I guess you gotta do things differently."
