Jennifer Aniston may be one of the biggest stars in the world, as well as a serious fashion and hair icon to boot – but really, she's just like the rest of us... Well, kind of.

One of the actor's more relatable moments came just the other day, in fact, when during an interview with Access Hollywood for her upcoming film Murder Mystery 2, Aniston found herself in complete shock to learn the age of one of her Friends co-stars.

During the interview, Aniston couldn't believe it when a journalist told her that Cole Sprouse, who played Ross' son Ben Geller in the show, had recently turned 30 years old along with his twin brother Dylan. 'What?' she exclaimed in shock. Aniston then raised her hands above her head in disbelief, saying 'No, no, they're not. Wow, that's so crazy.' We understand the feeling, Jen.

Sprouse was just seven years old when he began filming Friends alongside Aniston – and recently revealed that he had a crush on the actor the whole time. Reacting to this news, Aniston sweetly said: 'He was so little!'

Appearing on the Drew Barrymore Show in 2021, Sprouse explained that his crush on the actor made it 'quite difficult to work in front of her'. 'I would stammer a lot and I'd forget my lines,' he continued. 'I feel like I'd maintain my composure a bit more effectively now, but it was quite difficult when I was a kid.'

And this wasn't the first time that Aniston has been faced with a blast from the past recently, either. Earlier this month, a sweet video emerged of the actor reuniting with another Friends guest star while backstage at Live With Kelly and Ryan – Mae Whitman, who was eight years old when she played a Girl Scout in the season three episode, 'The One Where Rachel Quits'. In the video, Aniston can be seen holding her hands and exclaiming in delighted surprise as Whitman introduces herself.

Up next, a reunion with a grown-up version of her own on-screen baby Emma (played by twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon), perhaps? We can dream!
