Jennifer Lopez reveals her 'biggest beauty secret' — and it's completely free

Jennifer Lopez has one piece of advice for aging gracefully, and the good news is — it's completely free.

The 53-year-old star opened up to Vogue on Wednesday, sharing her tips and tricks for "glowy" skin.

"One of my biggest beauty secrets is sleep," she tells the camera. "One of my tricks for when I can't get enough sleep is that there's a certain amount of hours that I feel like you can sleep before your face falls asleep." According to Lopez, it's "either under four or over seven hours. That's my rule."

Of course, J.Lo's beauty routine goes beyond her eight (or four or seven) hours of shut-eye. Beyond her chart-topping hits and ever-growing IMDb page, the newlywed starlet regularly credits her namesake JLo Beauty line as the secret behind her "perfect" skin.

Starting her routine by lighting her "signature scent" Santal 26 candle, Lopez cleanses her face with the brand's That Hit Single Gel-Cream Cleanser.

"Because you can put on all the makeup in the world, but if you're unhappy [and] your skin's not healthy, you're just going to look like you put a bunch of makeup on top of something that's like...you can't cover it up."

"You can't cover up how you feel on the inside," she continues. "How you take care of yourself, people see that."
