It’s a big deal when your best friend gets married — but it’s an even bigger deal if your best friend is marrying royalty.
Jessica Mulroney had a front row seat to Meghan Markle’s royal wedding to Prince Harry at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
The Canadian stylist and PR expert, arrived alongside the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, to escort the royal bridal party into the chapel.
All three of Mulroneys’ children, seven-year-old twins, John and Brian, and four-year-old daughter, Ivy, were members of the bridal party that included Prince George and Prince Charlotte.
The 38-year-old stylist wore a $1,495 CAD royal blue dress by Canadian designer, Di Carlo Couture, aptly named the Jessica Dress. Both Jessica and Doria Ragland, Markle’s mother, wore earrings by Canadian jewellery designer (and Meghan Markle favourite), Birks.
Once inside, Mulroney had a front row seat, and sat the closest to her best friend as she was married. Throughout the ceremony, Mulroney held hands with her television producer husband, Ben, and sang along with hymns.
Mulroney will certainly be one of the 200 guests invited to the intimate reception at Frogmore House, hosted by Prince Charles.
