Jessica Simpson is looking to say goodbye to a piece of her married life with Eric Johnson.

The singer's Hidden Hills, Calif. mansion is currently on the market, a source confirms to PEOPLE. The property has been the family home of the singer, 44, and retired NFL star, 45, as well as their three children —daughters Maxwell "Maxi" Drew, 12, and Birdie Mae, 5, and son Ace Knute, 11 — since 2013.

Simpson confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively that she and Johnson are separating after 10 years of marriage, on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

"Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage," Simpson said in a statement to PEOPLE. "Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family."

Her sprawling estate was listed for sale for $17.9 million on January 11, according to Zillow, three days before the news of the couple's separation.

Simpson had previously put it up for sale once before in September 2023 with a higher price tag of $22 million, but removed the listing in August 2024 after it failed to find a buyer.

The former listing came shortly after the mogul shared that she was “so happy” to move to Tennessee for the summer with Johnson and their children.

"Being in Nashville, even my kids are like, 'You laugh the whole time. You're so happy,'" the star told E! News in August 2023 about her love for the area. "It's because I'm not on guard. I'm with a lot of like-minded people. It's not about the celebrities—it's really about the music and the heart and the conversation."

The 13,274-square-foot mansion has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and seven partial baths, and a four-car garage. It's situated on 2.3 acres that hold a large pool with a separate shallow pool, a hot tub, a BBQ island, and an outdoor shower.

Brett Harrison of Coldwell Banker holds the listing. He did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

source told PEOPLE in November that the "With You" singer and her husband "very much live separate lives."

Johnson was spotted without his wedding ring in November, around the same time Simpson teased her "comeback" to music with a cryptic Instagram post that featured photos of herself in a recording studio.

The pair first met through a mutual friend in 2010 and were engaged that November after six months of dating. They tied the knot in July 2014 after four years together.
