When in New York, Cher said she always visits Serendipity3 to get the famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, which Fallon agreed is one of the best restaurants.

“It’s one of my favorite spots in the city, but you can’t get in,” Fallon said. “Obviously, you can get in. You’re Cher.”

“I can get in,” Cher responded, matter of fact. “I’ve been going there since I was 19. I can get in because I’ve got seniority.”

So what’s so special about the frozen hot chocolate that has tourists, locals, and even celebs waiting hours in line to try?
