Shane Wolf, most recently L’Oréal’s global president, U.S. brands, professional products division, has joined The Estée Lauder Cos. as president, global brands, Aveda and Bumble and bumble. The appointment marks a return for Wolf to Aveda, where he previously served as executive director of global marketing prior to joining L’Oréal.

Halsey’s About-face and Af-94 makeup brands, which both sell at Ulta Beauty, have named Francesca Raminella as chief executive officer. Most recently, Raminella held the role at Beauty by Imagination, and previously did stints at Ghd and L’Oréal-owned Matrix.

Said Dabbagh has joined Waldencast-owned Glaze as general manager, aiming to bring the at-home hair color brand to new markets and strengthen its retail presence at Target and Amazon. Dabbagh was a cofounder of Dr. Shereene Idriss’ skin care line and previously served as group chief marketing officer at Fekkai Brands.

Ipsy has tapped Francine Li as its new chief marketing officer. She succeeds Jenna Habayeb, who departed the beauty subscription company last fall. Li hails from video game developer Riot Games, and “will oversee efforts to reinvigorate the Ipsy brand to engage the current community and reach the next generation of beauty fans,” according to a release.

Michelle Pfieffer’s Henry Rose, has named Laure de Metz as CEO. The clean fragrance brand, founded in 2019, sells at Credo Beauty, Nordstrom and recently expanded into more than 400 Sephora stores.

The Well has promoted Zeev Sharon, formerly vice president of real estate, to chief development officer. In his new role, Sharon will oversee the wellness destination’s global expansion, including its first Europe location in Geneva slated to open in 2027.

Hairstory, the hair care brand best known for its New Wash hair cleansing cream, has promoted Dina Rosenbloom to CEO. Rosenbloom previously served as chief marketing officer, and before that held senior marketing roles at Creed and Unilever Prestige.
