Justin looks dapper as ever on the cover in a crisp white button-up shirt and a blue tie. The handsome politician also granted the publication a lengthy interview, speaking candidly about everything from Canada’s global influence to the lessons he learned from his late father, former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.

"My dad was an incredibly tough, brilliant, strong figure in all the classic senses of strong, but also with the weaknesses that come with being a sometimes emotionally distant person," Justin told the media outlet. "People used to try and insult me by saying, 'He's not his father's son – he's his mother's son.' And I'd immediately say, 'Thank you very much.'"

This is not the first time Justin has caught the attention of the American press. Justin’s appearance in Rolling Stone follows a much-discussed 2015 spread in Vogue magazine alongside his wife, Sophie Grégoire. In the fashion magazine, the couple revealed their romantic side and shared details of their very first date.

“I’m a dreamer and a romantic, and at the end of [our first date], he said, ‘I’m 31 years old, and I’ve been waiting for you for 31 years.’ And we both cried like babies,” Sophie said.
